What skippers ask us
Does it work on my phone while underway?
Yes. Vessia runs in your browser on phone, tablet and laptop. Nothing to install, and what you enter on board is instantly available ashore too.
How does the fuel clause work?
Per voyage you choose whether the clause is a percentage of the freight or an amount per ton. Vessia calculates the surcharge and puts it on the draft invoice as a separate line.
Can Vessia handle different VAT situations?
Yes. Per invoice you choose 21% Dutch VAT, reverse charge or outside the scope. The correct calculation and wording appear on the PDF automatically.
How does my calibration table get into Vessia?
You import your existing calibration table (volume or displacement) per ship. After that, every hold survey calculates the measured tonnage for you instantly.
Do I pay per ship or per user?
Per ship. Within that ship you invite others for free, such as your bookkeeper or a colleague, each with their own role and fitting permissions.
